Ricci Fashions wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it as prescribed below.

Ricci Fashions will offer a full refund for any item received within 14 days of the original purchase. Any item received between 15 and 30 days of the original purchase can be exchanged for a store credit or another item of equal value. We cannot accept merchandise after 30 days of the purchase date.

Items can only be returned or exchanged if they are unworn and returned with the original receipt. The customer is responsible for any damages that may occur during the return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
