Returns

Ricci Fashions wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it as prescribed below.

Ricci Fashions will offer a full refund for any item received within 10 days of the original purchase. Any item received between 10 and 21 days of the original purchase can be exchanged for a store credit or another item of equal value. We cannot accept merchandise after 21 days of the purchase date. This credit will be valid for 1 year from the date issued.

No returns on items from the clearance or moving blowout sections.

Items purchased on sale events can only be returned for a store credit, and not a refund.

Items can only be returned or exchanged if they are unworn and returned with the original receipt. The customer is responsible for any damages that may occur during the return shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

• It is recommended to return the merchandise through a prepaid traceable shipping method to ensure safe delivery. C.O.D. deliveries are not accepted.
